Trent and Lila both have what seem to be sinus infections. The Dr. didn't really say that but, I'm pretty sure that's what it is. Speaking of Dr.'s, we go to Knoxville Pediatric Associates - Cross Park and I have to say that I L-O-V-E Dr. Gilmer and Dr. Stanley. Two of my most favorites out of all the ones Trent and Lila have seen over the past year. I know I always enjoy knowing if someone else likes a Dr.
Anyway...Took T&L to the Dr. today because they have major snot and coughs going on. They have both been acting fine for the last few days, just snotty and coughing. They had temps last week but those subsided. When we went today...no temps, Trent weighs almost a pound more than Lila, {most weight difference we've seen between them since birth when Trent was 2lbs less than Lila} she is pretty much fine besides the snot and cough, and Trent has a red throat and double ear infection! WTHeck! I think it's crazy how fine and happy they've been acting the past few days to find that out about Trent. Then low and behold....we get home and the boy won't take his next nap and is cranky all the way up until bedtime. He took his meds, ate some dinner, insisted on playing with a certain toy instead of relaxing on the couch with Mommy and Daddy, as usual...then went to bed. Of course he had to hear it from the Dr. that he was sick. Crazy thing.
